How fast do I get the photos?
Edited stills in about 48 hours from the flight. Edited film takes one to two weeks. Rush delivery is available when a listing date is close.
What if the weather is bad on the day?
We move the shoot for free. We watch the forecast with you and fly the first good window.
Can you shoot the interiors too?
Yes. Our photographers shoot interiors and ground-level exteriors, on the same visit or on their own.
Can the photos be used for more than the listing?
Your license covers the listing and its marketing. If you want them for something else, ask and we’ll extend it quickly.
Can you fly near the airport or downtown?
Usually, yes. We handle the authorizations for Juneau’s controlled airspace and tell you up front if a spot can’t be flown.
Do you shoot listings outside Juneau?
