What happens if the weather is bad?

We reschedule for free. Southeast Alaska weather makes the calls, and we would rather wait a day than deliver gray pictures.

How fast do I get the photos and video?

Edited stills in about 48 hours, edited video in one to two weeks. Rush delivery is available.

Can you fly near the airport or downtown?

Usually, yes. We handle the airspace authorizations for controlled areas around Juneau, and we tell you up front if a spot can’t be flown.

Who owns the photos?

You get a license to use them for what we agreed, like your listing, website and marketing. We keep the copyright.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Our pilots are FAA Part 107 certified and every flight is insured.

Do you fly in winter?

All year. Winter light, snow and low sun make some of our favorite pictures, as long as the wind cooperates.

Can you shoot outside Juneau?

Yes, across Southeast Alaska: Sitka, Ketchikan, Petersburg, Wrangell, Haines, Skagway, Hoonah and Gustavus, and farther on request.
