The story
The brief
A single-property site for a Japanese-style home above downtown Juneau at the start of the Flume Trail. Instead of a listing buried in an MLS feed, the house gets its own address on the web: a drone flyover as the opening loop, a room-by-room gallery, the main house and the separate treetop apartment each with their own page, and a showing request form.
What we did
A private sale listed by the owners, marketed with the same tools we use for brokerages.
What changed
Buyers arrive already knowing the house: the flyover, the view down the channel and the floor plan are all on one page that loads in under two seconds on a phone.
