What happens if my site goes down?
Your site is checked every minute from outside our network, so we are alerted before most customers notice. If an outage is ours, our policies spell out the credit.
When can I reach a person?
Our support desk is staffed during business hours, Alaska time. Outage alerts reach us around the clock, and we often answer after hours.
Do you host email?
Yes, mailboxes on your own domain, priced per mailbox. If you already use a business email service, we set up your domain so your site and your mail work together.
What if I want to leave?
Your site is yours. We hand over a full copy, and we keep a final backup for 30 days after your plan ends in case you need something from it.
Is there a long contract?
No. Plans renew monthly, quarterly, twice a year or yearly, whichever you prefer. New hosting customers can get the first payment refunded within 30 days.
Do you only host WordPress?
Almost every site we host runs WordPress, because that is what we build and maintain best. If yours is something else, tell us about it.
