Can you send an insurance certificate?
Yes. Ask through the contact form with the name of the certificate holder, and we’ll send one for your GC, venue or agency.
Are your pilots licensed?
Yes. Our pilots hold the FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate for commercial operations.
Can you fly near Juneau’s airport?
Usually. The airport’s controlled airspace needs authorization, which we handle routinely. We tell you up front if a spot can’t be flown.
What happens if an aircraft has a problem on the day?
We bring backups. The flight goes ahead on another aircraft, or we reschedule at no cost.
Do you charge for weather cancellations?
No. You never pay for a flight that didn’t happen.
