The story
The brief
Juneau Self Storage rents heated units at two locations. The site lists sizes and rates, lets customers rent and pay online, and answers the questions the office used to field by phone: access hours, what fits in a 10×20, how billing works. The current version is a complete redesign of the 2018 site around the online-rental flow.
