When your website seems slow or a form stops sending, the first question is usually “Is it just me?” Our new status page answers that at a glance, any time of day or night: status.hokedesigns.com.

What you’ll find there
- A live check of every service. Website hosting, email delivery, hokedesigns.com, our support site and our platform services (Hosting Hub, Monitoring, Plugin Hub, Content Orchestrator, DMARC validation and Accord) are checked every minute from Cloudflare’s network.
- Known issues, in real time. When something isn’t right, the affected service moves to the top of the page with our latest update. Each update is tagged with where things stand, such as Investigating, Identified, Monitoring or Resolved.
- Updates from the companies we rely on. We also watch the providers behind our services, like our data centers, Cloudflare and our phone and text provider, and pass their updates along in plain English.
- Uptime and history. Each service shows a bar for every day of the last 90 days. Click a service to see its full uptime record, a day-by-day calendar and its past incidents. The History tab keeps every incident for 120 days.
- Your time zone. Choose the time zone you’d like, and every time on the page follows it.
Built to stay up when we’re down
A status page matters most when something has gone wrong, so ours doesn’t run on our own servers. It runs on Cloudflare’s network, separate from the servers that host your website and our other services, so it stays available even if one of them isn’t.
Stay in the loop
Bookmark status.hokedesigns.com or add it to your phone’s home screen. To have updates come to you, follow the page’s feed in any news reader: status.hokedesigns.com/history.rss. Every new issue and every update to it shows up there. Email and text alerts are on the way.
Something wrong with your website?
- Check status.hokedesigns.com. If there’s a known issue, you’ll see it there with our latest update, and our team is already on it.
- Everything green, but your site still isn’t right? Email [email protected] or open a request at support.hokedesigns.com. Include your website address and what you’re seeing, and we’ll take it from there.
