The story
The brief
Breeze In runs three round-the-clock convenience stores, a scratch bakery, a deli and a catering kitchen. The old site was a black page listing the week's soups. The 2024 rebuild put the food first, moved catering orders and party trays online, and gave the company a staff portal with training and signed paperwork behind a login.
What we did
A Juneau institution since the 1970s, family-owned, with stores in the Valley, Lemon Creek and downtown.
What changed
Catering requests arrive as structured orders instead of phone calls, weekly specials are updated by staff in minutes, and new hires complete onboarding and food-safety training on the site before their first shift.
